Study: Cell-Autonomous Requirement of Shp2 and ß-Catenin for Myc-Driven Hepatocarcinogenesis Revealed by Single Cell RNA-Sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
We applied single-cell RNAseq analysis to characterize hepatic cell types, including hepatocytes (Hep) and non-parenchymal cells (NPC), in mouse liver, during Myc-induced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) development. Overall design: Hepatocytes (Hep) and Non-parenchymal cells (NPCs) were isolated from wild type (WT) and hepatocyte-specific Shp2 knockout (SKO) livers, at day 0 (0D-Ctrl) before HTVi, 10 days after Myc injection (10D-Myc), 10 days after empty vector injection (10D-Vector), and 4 weeks after Myc injection (4W-Myc).
Sample: SKO 10D-Vector Hep
